To ensure your kits reach your workbench as smoothly as possible, we ship all US orders via Canada Post using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) program. This means we calculate and collect any required cross-border taxes, fees, and duties securely during checkout. By handling this upfront, your package can clear customs without interruption and arrive directly at your door with zero surprise fees or carrier delays.
We also want to be completely transparent regarding recent changes to international trade policies that may impact your total at checkout. Our resin figures, vehicles, and accessories fall under the HS 9503.00 customs classification. While our Canadian-made products historically crossed the border duty-free under the USMCA, recent regulatory changes by the US government (specifically the Section 338 tariffs) have mandated a new 50% import duty on goods in this category.
Because we use the DDP program, these mandatory tariffs are clearly itemized and collected at checkout, so your order won't be held hostage at the border. Please know that these specific tariff rates are dictated entirely by US trade regulations and are unfortunately beyond our control.
