Replikator Model Corp Shipping Policy

We know you are eager to get your new kits onto the workbench and your new apparel into your rotation. As a dedicated, detail-oriented operation, we pack every order with the same care we put into designing our 3D-printed resin masters.

Please review our shipping process below to know exactly when to expect your gear.

Our Shipping Schedule: The Thursday Dispatch

To maintain the highest quality control and ensure every delicate resin component or graphic tee is perfectly packed, all Replikator Model Corp orders are shipped once a week on Thursdays.

  • The Cutoff: Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST will be processed, packed, and shipped out on the following Thursday.

  • Late Week Orders: If you place an order on Thursday or over the weekend, it will be queued up for priority packing and dispatched on the next week's Thursday shipping run.

  • Running behind: We hate to admit it, but sometimes we sell out faster than we can print. For whatever reason your order will be shipped late, we'll let you know ahead of time.

Shipping Origin & Methods

All orders are securely packed and dispatched directly from our headquarters in Arnprior, Ontario.

  • Domestic (Canada): Shipped via standard parcel services with tracking provided. Transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your province.

  • United States:  Unfortunately, we don't ship to the United States at this time.

  • International: Stay tuned, International shipping is on the horizon!

Packaging Your Gear

We understand the nature of the hobby. 1/35 scale resin details, conversion kits, and fragile 3D-printed parts require serious protection. All resin products are heavily padded and shipped in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive at your bench perfectly intact. Apparel is shipped in durable, weather-resistant poly mailers. If your order contains both, they will be packed together securely to prevent heavier items from shifting.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international customers, please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Replikator Model Corp cannot predict or cover these local charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package goes missing in transit or arrives with damage to those delicate resin components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged shipping box and contents so we can make it right.
