Replikator Model Corp Shipping Policy

We know you are eager to get your new kits onto the workbench and your new apparel into your rotation. As a dedicated, detail-oriented operation, we pack every order with the same care we put into designing our 3D-printed resin masters.

Please review our shipping process below to know exactly when to expect your gear.

Shipping Schedule

To maintain the highest quality control and ensure every delicate resin component or graphic tee is perfectly packed, all Replikator Model Corp orders are shipped within two business days of order receipt. 

Packaging Your Gear

We understand the nature of the hobby. 1/35 scale resin details, conversion kits, and fragile 3D-printed parts require serious protection. All resin products are heavily padded and shipped in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive at your bench perfectly intact. Apparel is shipped in durable, weather-resistant poly mailers. If your order contains both, they will be packed together securely to prevent heavier items from shifting.

American Customers: Duties and Taxes 

All shipments from Replikator Model Corporation to the United States are processed through Canada Post utilizing the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) program. This ensures a smoother delivery experience by calculating and collecting any required duties or taxes at the time of checkout, allowing your package to arrive directly at your door without surprise fees or delays at customs. Please note, however, that international trade policies and ongoing changes due to tariffs are strictly beyond our control. While we strive to provide the most accurate upfront costs and reliable shipping times, any sudden regulatory shifts or customs adjustments applied at the border are out of our hands.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package goes missing in transit or arrives with damage to those delicate resin components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged shipping box and contents so we can make it right.
